Don Barder

Don Barder is President and Chief Operating Officer of Liberty Coating Company with 19 years experience in the pipe coating industry, 12 of which were with Bredero Price. Don spent several years in Malaysia and Singapore in various management positions. His position prior to Liberty Coating was with a Japanese conglomerate, Sumitomo Corporation of America, as Product Manager for linepipe officing in Houston. Don along with his father in law Bill Burke formed Liberty Coating Company in 2001 and partnered themselves with Liberty Sales and Distribution in 2004.

JoAnn Conrad

JoAnn Conrad is The Liberty Group's Sr. Office Clerk and  has over 23 years of office experience.  JoAnn started her career at Energy Coatings Company in 1985 handling the Shipping and Receiving Operations and is now responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for The Liberty Group.  JoAnn has developed long standing relationships with our customers in her efforts to provide timely and accurate support and assistance.

Tracey Rocchino

Tracey Rocchino is currently The Liberty Groups’ Sales and Marketing Manager with over 15 years of industry experience. Tracey started her industry career at Energy Coatings Company in 1993 and has held a variety of office positions within the organization that is now Liberty Coating Company. Tracey oversees and manages the inside sales and marketing functions for the Liberty Group. Tracey also coordinates our trade show efforts and travels as needed for sales support during those functions.

Chad Cuvo

Chad Cuvo brings over 9 years of manufacturing and customer service experience to his new position of Transmission and Contractor Sales. In Chad’s tenure with The Liberty Group, he has held numerous key positions in the manufacturing process of Liberty Coating Company for all external and internal coatings applications. Chad’s knowledge and experience allowed him to develop into the key position of Inside Sales Representative in recent years.  Presently, Chad will be responsible to pioneer and serve the Transmission and Contractor sales market in the Northeast region as well as provide technical support and training to our utility customer base

Jackie Hassall

Jackie Hassall is currently Liberty Coating Company's Administrative Assistant/Shipping and Receiving Clerk. Jackie is the newest member of our team and handles all administrative functions as well as scheduling the unload and load out of pipe deliveries.

Dave Coons is currently Liberty Coating Company's Plant Superintendent with over 30 years of pipe coating experience. Dave is responsible for overseeing all coating and yard operations.

Billy Matchett is currently the Yard and Pipe Handling Supervisor with over 15 years of experience. Billy is responsible for all yard operations inclusive of the unload and load out of all pipe deliveries.

Wally Armstrong

Wally Armstrong resides in Chelmsford, MA and is responsible for sales and technical support throughout the northeast United States from New York to Maine. Wally possesses over 25 years of natural gas industry experience including 15 years at Colonial Gas Company in Lowell, MA during which time he held the positions of Materials Manager and Residential Sales Manager. Following his tenure at Colonial Gas, Wally worked for a manufacturer’s representative and distribution company gaining valuable experience and product knowledge across a variety of well respected product lines. Most recently as a partner in Liberty Sales and Distribution, Wally has earned a strong reputation for providing sales, support and technical assistance for our family of principals The Liberty Group is proud to represent.

George Rocchino

George Rocchino resides in Hatfield, PA and is responsible for sales and technical support from New Jersey to Virginia reaching into areas as far west as Ohio and West Virginia. George has managed the sales and service of natural gas related products in the industry for nearly 16 years within our current family of principals. Georges industry career began in 1993 in sales, working directly for Energy Coatings Company promoting the same proprietary, PRITEC® coating now applied by our sister company, Liberty Coating Company. George went on to work as the northeast, factory direct Sales Manager for A. Y. McDonald for over 8 years prior to his partnership in Liberty Sales and Distribution.

Lou Taylor

Lou Taylor a former employee of Baltimore Gas & Electric brings 21-years of natural gas industry experience to his new position with Liberty. Lou’s diverse utility background experiences as a specialist of gas engineering and material standards is coupled with his knowledge in gas measurement and regulation, welding and design. Lou is also an ASQ-CQA certified quality auditor, ASW structural steel welder, and master gas fitter for the State of MD. Lou’s unique and extensive experience and commitment to The Liberty Group will allow us to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service and support we strive to achieve.
