Liberty Coating Company has designed, commissioned and is using a high capacity state of the art internal reaming unit for the interior of ductile iron pipe. In an effort to improve the finished quality of the linings we apply, the reduction of a rough profile using a grinding stone to smooth the substrate has shown tremendous improvement in the testing results and apperance of our finished product. Adding this capability to our growing ductile iron pipe division has added yet another "convenience" offering to the ductile iron pipe manufacturers we serve. In addition, we have added the capablity to directly ship finished product inclusive of the associated ancillary products needed for the installation of ductile iron pipe.

It is our pleasure to introduce LIBERTY SALES AND DISTRIBUTION, LLC (LSAD) - a new and dynamic Manufacturers’ Representative and Distribution company established to serve the natural gas and water industries throughout the Northeastern USA and Eastern Canada.

The partners in Liberty Sales and Distribution have greater than 35-years of combined experience in the natural gas industry. George Rocchino has managed the sales and service of gas related products in the industry for more than 12 years both with Encoat Pipe Coatings and most recently with AY McDonald. Wally Armstrong has 21 years of industry experience, including 15 years at Colonial Gas Company, Lowell MA during which time he held the positions of Materials Manager and Residential Sales Manager. Most recently, Wally was with UPSCO, Inc. for the past 6-years as the New England Regional Sales Manager for various natural gas distribution products.
LSAD has also partnered with Don Barder and The Liberty Coatings Company to manage our inside sales and administrative functions. Tracey Beck, whom many of you already know from Liberty Coatings, will lead our inside sales team. The Liberty Coatings facility located in Morrisville, PA will serve as a prime location for distribution throughout the Northeast US. In an effort to simplify the partnership between the two companies we will simply refer to ourselves as THE LIBERTY GROUP!
