INTERIOR LININGS
Interior linings are typically a two component resin coating. The most commonly used systems for interior lining are liquid epoxies. Liquid epoxies have the ability to be applied to either carbon steel or ductile iron pipe and can be used in potable water, wastewater, chemical, electrical cable, hydraulic elevator, & flowliner applications. |

SPECIALTY PAINT
Specialty Painting can consist of any specified paint system, from a 4 Layer Paint System for chemical processing to a Coal Tar Epoxy for pipe piling. |

SPECIALTY TAPE
Cold applied tape systems consist of a primer, corrosion sealant (inner layer), and a mechanical protective tape (outer layer). Cold applied tapes are designed for mill and field applications. Multiple layer systems allow thickness to be customized to fit the requirements of the environment. |

REFURBISHING
Many customers have bare pipe sitting in their yards that is aesthetically unacceptable to users in the industry. We provide a rehabilitation service in these instances by blasting, restenciling, and relacquering to improve the look of the pipe. |

PIPE TYPE CABLE
Pipe Type Cable is a system used in underground high voltage electrical conduit. The ends of each pipe are flared to accommodate a chill ring which is utilized to keep weld spatter out of the pipe, so that when the cable is pulled through it is a smooth transition. The pipe is also interior lined to prevent corrosion and also coated on the outer diameter with Pritec. |

STORAGE
On many occasions we will receive pipe in via our 1,500 foot rail siding, off load the pipe, and either store it or ship it back out for our customers. This provides them with a much more economic way of getting pipe to the Northeast Corridor without having to utilize trucking for the entire trip to its destination. |
